Mary has two decades of experience in traditional publishing and content marketing in an agency setting. Based in Singapore, she works closely with clients to understand their expectations and leads the editorial team to develop and create top-notch content marketing solutions. As head storyteller and gatekeeper, she is passionate about understanding audiences, driving editorial standards and crafting relevant, valuable content that truly connects. Mary has extensive experience as an editor, writer and subeditor and has worked for brands including Reader’s Digest, TimeOut, Ink, Discovery Channel, PwC, John Brown Novus and Dentsu Aegis. She has led key editorial projects for clients including Jones & Co, Jardines, CFA Society, Temasek Holdings, Health Promotion Board, Workforce Singapore, Prudential, Grab, Danone, Accor, Panasonic, Johnson & Johnson, DuPont, Ernst & Young, Abbott, Standard Chartered, GAC Motor and more. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) from Griffith University, majoring in Journalism and Screen Production. A pop culture junkie, social media obsessive and voracious reader, she lives and breathes content — both as a creator and consumer — and lives by the philosophy that “everything is copy”.
